STUDENT INFORMATION
This policy outlines the fees, cancellation arrangements, course transfers and refund conditions applicable to training and assessment programs delivered by Elegant Beauty Nail & Hair College.
Our training and assessment programs attract fees. Details of applicable course fees and fee structures are provided on our website and through course enquiry correspondence.
Elegant Beauty Nail & Hair College maintains a fair and equitable Refund Policy that provides guidelines for refunds under reasonable circumstances. The College is committed to maintaining a sound financial position and safeguarding student and participant fees until those fees are used for the provision of training and assessment services.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:
Training credits may be provided for future courses where a participant is unable to attend due to health reasons or other unavoidable extenuating circumstances.
Any transfer or training credit is subject to the circumstances of the case and the approval of Elegant Beauty Nail & Hair College management.
If the nominated participant is unable to attend, another participant may be substituted prior to the course commencement date. A request for substitution must be made in writing at least 3 days prior to course commencement.
Elegant Beauty Nail & Hair College reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course and reschedule it to an alternative date. Registered participants affected by a cancellation or postponement will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer to the next available course program.
No refunds will be provided after a course has commenced unless the participant can provide a medical certificate or demonstrate extreme personal hardship. In these circumstances, a transfer to another course date may be considered at the discretion of Elegant Beauty Nail & Hair College management.
Elegant Beauty Nail & Hair College cannot be held responsible for costs incurred by participants where a course or event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the College's control, including extreme weather events or insufficient enrolments.
REFUND REQUESTS
Students wishing to apply for a refund must submit their request in writing. The request should be addressed to:

Students will be advised of the refund decision by email. Where a refund is approved, payment will be made by direct bank deposit to the original payee within 14 days of approval.
Please note: Refunds, transfers, training credits and substitutions are subject to the conditions outlined above and, where applicable, approval by Elegant Beauty Nail & Hair College management.
